I adore this time of year.
The leaves changing the chill in the air and how the world seems to come alive at this time of year. Family get togethers, delicious foods and festivities of all kinds lurking around every corner.
My hope is that you and your family were blessed this year and were able to spend quality time with the people you love. As well as fill your bellies with all things turkey related.
As I get older I am more and more thankful for my family.
For people who stand the test of time.
People you can laugh with, cry with, forgive with, celebrate with,…and be you.
As we saunter on the aftermath of Thanksgiving weekend and Black Friday chaos and stumble into the Christmas season–hug your loved ones a little tighter. Take the time to be present; to be in the moment. To celebrate all that God has done in 2016 and will continue to do as we plunge into another fruitful year. Don’t take things too seriously and keep in front of you all the blessings–things/people God has placed in your life. And don’t forget to keep an attitude of gratitude the whole year through.
