New York is a plethora of culture, hopes, dreams, and hurt. We experienced generational poverty, homelessness, drug addicts, and everything in between. Being immersed in the lifeblood of the city for a week was invigorating and in the same sense heart breaking. These pictures are just a small glimpse into what touched my heart and how I love being on this journey of serving God. There is nothing in this world like serving His people and telling people that there really is more to this life than just living mediocre. We have the greatest gift to offer people. We must never forget our purpose and that we are called to a holy way of life because the mandate is high.
